Cancellation Policy

April 6th – June 20th (11 Weeks) We are excited for our Spring session at Elevate Gymnastics! Class Options Recreational Girls
Drop-in: $45 per session PlayGym
Drop-in: $25 per session Membership Plans (Recommended) There will be membership plans avalible to specifc colors Red 1 & 2: 1x a week • 11 total classes 
• $100 per month Orange: 1x a week • 11 total classes 
• $125 per month Yellow, Green, Blue 1 & 2: 2x per week
• 22 total classes
• $250 per month Payments are due:
April 1st, May 1st, June 1st After the first payment, tuition will be set up on automatic billing. Holiday Schedule There will be no classes May 22nd – May 25th, Memorial Day weekend. Please consider public holidays when selecting your class schedule. Participation Requirements To ensure participation: • Complete the PPAW waiver form (found on website) • Book your child into the correct class Participation may be denied if these requirements are not completed. Make-Up Classes Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
If notice is given prior to the missed class and space is available, we will do our best to accommodate. However, availability is not promised. Refund Policy Due to limited class sizes, refunds are not offered for missed classes. In cases of long-term illness or serious injury, credit may be applied toward a future session. Cancellation Policy Drop-in classes are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Membership plans may be canceled if given 30-days notice. A cancellation fee may apply. Late Payments Payments are due on or before the scheduled due date. A 7-day grace period is provided. Payments not received within this time will incur a $15 late fee. If payment is overdue and no communication has been made, participation may be paused until the balance is resolved.
