Elevate Gymnastics – Rules & Policies
To keep all athletes safe, focused, and progressing, we ask that all families follow these guidelines:
1. Hair & Attire
-
Hair must be tied back securely before class.
-
Athletes must wear proper gymnastics attire: leotard, or athletic wear such as leggings, shorts, or a tight-fitting top.
2. Safety First
-
Gymnastics is a dangerous sport and requires focus and body control.
-
Unsafe behavior (flinging/flopping without control, not listening to corrections, etc.) will not be tolerated.
-
Athletes may be asked to sit out if safety expectations are not met.
3. Parent Viewing Policy
-
To help athletes stay focused and build independence, parents are invited to watch the last 15 minutes of class only.
-
Having observers during class can be distracting and may impact athlete progress.
4. Respect & Behavior
-
Respectful behavior is expected from all athletes and families.
-
Elevate Gymnastics reserves the right to dismiss any student for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without a refund.
5. Attendance & Makeups
-
Consistent attendance is important for progress.
-
Makeup classes are not guaranteed but may be offered if space allows.
-
Missed classes are non-refundable.
6. Drop-Off & Pick-Up
-
Children must be dropped off and picked up on time.
-
If you are running late, please notify us in advance.
7. Equipment Use
-
Athletes may not use gymnastics equipment unless a coach is present.
-
Parents/guardians are not permitted on equipment during classes (except during designated play gym times).
8. Most Important Rule: Have Fun!
-
We want every athlete to feel confident, supported, and excited to learn!
