Fees: Recreational Girls Drop in - $45/ session,  PlayGym 2-4yo - $25/session 
January - March Classes: First deposit to get into the class will be on registration (25th November for current members and November 30th for everyone) When your class begins you will be charged a monthly fee.
Recreational Girls 2x a week class deposit $170 per person and monthly fee of $200 when class starts. 
Recreational Girls 7-8yo 1x a week class deposit $95 per person and monthly fee of $100 when class starts.
Recreational Girls 5-6yo 1x a week class deposit $75 per person and monthly fee of $75 when class starts. 
Please consider public holidays when choosing your classes. 

 

Participation: To ensure your child is able to participate in this class please fill out the PPAW waiver form (can find this in the drop down menu) for them as well as booking them into the right class. Your child's participation will be denied if the requirements are not met.

 

Make up classes: Make up classes are not guaranteed. If given 7 days + of notice before that class and if there is space in another class. (I will try my best to accommodate but there is no promises)

 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed classes, as there is only limited space in each class. In the case of something long term (Serious sickness or injury) You will be credited towards the next package of classes. 

 

Cancellation: You can not cancel a drop in class. Cancellations are only offered to Plans and if we receive an email 7 days prior to the first class, a cancellation/inconvenience fee of 1/2 deposit for that class.

Late Fees: Payments are due on or before the scheduled due date. A 7-day grace period is provided. Payments not received within this time will incur a $15 late fee. If payment is overdue and no prior communication has been made, class participation may be paused until the balance is paid or arrangements are discussed.
