Seasons & Tuition Information

• Seasons run on a 7-week basis (you can pay in 2 installments or upfront for a season)

• Fall season: 8th September - 24th October

• Holiday seasonal: 26th October - 19th December (Thanksgiving week off)

• Tuition: No refunds are given once tuition has been charged.

  • Late cancellations - 50% credit will be offered for notification received after autoenrollment charge but before the first day of the new session, 

  • No credits or refunds for cancellations after the first day of the new session

• Tuition: Drop in rate is $35/hr

• Red: $190 or 2 payments of $95

• Orange: $200 or 2 payments of $100

• Yellow: $400 or 2 payments of $200

• Green: $450 or 2 payments of $225

• Blue: $500 or 2 payments of $250

• Purple: $550 or 2 payments of $275

• PlayGymnastics: $25 drop in or ($150 or 2 payments of $75)

• Jump, Tumble, Swing (coed): $35 drop in $200 or 2 payments of $100

• Girls tween Gym and trampoline: $35 drop in ($200 or 2 payments of $100)

 

Autoenrollment Information

• Autoenrollment: Once enrolled, your child will automatically be enrolled in the following session and autopayment will be charged on the posted date. Every family must have a card on file in class manager.

• Every 5 days after 1st there will be a $15 fee added until the tuition is paid

• No refunds are given once tuition has been charged 

• Canceling Autoenrollment: Notification of cancellation must be emailed to Elevateyourgymnastics@gmail.com or chat sent on class manager 15 days prior to the autoenrolment date 

• Cancellation via phone or telling a coach is not accepted.

Makeup Policy

• Makeups for absences are offered in Drop in

  • To schedule a makeup, check the Drop in schedule and email with the chosen date

• Makeups must take place within the session of the missed class

• There is a limit of 2 makeups per session

• Missed makeups cannot be rescheduled

• Makeups are only given for missed recreational classes – not applicable for team workouts, camps, clinics, open gyms or scheduled makeups

• No credits, refunds or prorates are issued for missed classes

 

General Information

Attire:

• Participants can wear any type of athletic clothing that allows free movement. Clothing must be non-binding and free of buttons, zippers or snaps.

• Long hair must be tied back out of their face, including bangs 

• Remove jewelry including rings, watches, hoop/dangling earrings.

• Bare feet is required for safety

Spectator Area:

• Parents and spectators are welcome to watch but must stay in the designated area

• No parents or siblings are allowed on the gym floor, apart from the Playgym class

• A parent or guardian must enter the gym to pick up their child 

Gym Floor: 

• Food and drinks are not allowed on the gym floor. Water bottles are to be kept in the designated area.​

• There are to be no shoes in the gymnastics area
